Here we go again. Because of icy conditions, Fairfields schools are closed for the second straight day Wednesday. Fairfield Public and Parochial Schools, Fairfield Prep, Notre Dame High School, Fairfield Country Day and the Unquowa School have all announced that classes are canceled.
As for the towns two universities, both have delayed their classes Wednesday morning. Fairfield University will start one hour later, and Sacred Heart University pushed back its schedule three hours. As of 6 a.m., all town buildings are still on a normal schedule.
