PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on eastbound I-84 in Putnam caused heavy delays on Thursday morning.
The accident, reported at 8:30 a.m. at Ludingtonville Road (Exit 17), has backups to the Taconic Parkway (Exit 16).
