The undefeated Stamford Hurricanes Boys U14 White team dominated yet again with a 6-0 win over Greenwich. Twade Foster set the tone with a header for a goal in the fifth minute off a free kick by Joey Schinella. Jorge Alvarez struck next with a goal in the 13th minute on a pass from Martin Davila. Schinella and Foster each netted goals in the first half on assists from Francisco Romero and Alvarez. Alvarez assisted on two more goals on the second half by Sam Ruzzi and Niko Apostolidis.
Strong defense was played by Jake Brandt, Henry Catchpole and goalkeeper Nick Romero, with five saves. Also contributing to the win were Sam Smit, Jake Atkinson, Eric Mojica and Denny Lopez.
