Henry Killat Of Paramus

PARAMUS, N.J. – Henry Killat, of Paramus, died Tuesday, April 19. 

Before he retired, he worked for Maxwell House as a plant operator. He was a member of the Bogota Reformed Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served his country during the Korean era. 

He enjoyed watercolor painting and had a true appreciation for all forms of art. He had a wonderful singing voice and he used it in the church choir.

He was the husband of the late Hilde (Lorenz) Killat; brother of George Killat and his wife, Linda, of Midland, Mich. and the late Richard Killat.

The family will gather at 1 p.m. Thursday  at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Ave., Fairview for the interment of ashes.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 S. Farview Ave., Paramus.
