Helen Chudy Pataky of Darien, previously of Boca Raton, Fla., died at her home at the age of 87 with family by her side.
Pataky was born in Darien on May 26, 1924. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Boca Raton, and enjoyed singing and dancing at the Polish Club. She is survived by her sister Josephine Chudy Mitchell and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Monday, June 20, in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at noon at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Darien. Memorial donations may be made to Fairfield County Hospice.
