NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Executive Director Jim Killoran and the rest of Habitat for Humanity of Westchester received a $5,000 check from TD Bank for its Brush with Kindness project.
"We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to be able to service Habitat of Westchester," TD Bank Vice President and Retail Market Manager Adam Kintish said.
Brush with Kindness is an ongoing project. However, dates have been set for Habitat's 10th annual service 9/11 Build-A-Thon. The project will be held from September 4 until September 18 and Monday's donation will go towards the Build-A-Thon.
