The possible study by consulting architect Parette Somjen is estimated to cost $46,000, northjersey.com says.

BOE Operations Committee chair Elizabeth Carr and Business Administrator/Board Secretary Michael Rinderknecht briefly addressed the subject at a recent BOE session, saying that a decision would likely follow at the board's Nov. 9 meeting, the site says.

The study would fully evaluate the logistics of central system installation in each of the buildings, considering such elements as the configuration of current heating and ventilation systems, electrical requirements and the ability of each building to accommodate them, it says.
