The crash happened between Lindle Road and Highland Street around 8:30 a.m., according to the emergency dispatch.
PPL reported a power outage impacting local customers, with service expected to be restored by noon.
A traffic signal was also disabled, causing traffic slowdowns in the area, dispatchers said.
No injuries have been confirmed.
The Swatara Township Police Department is handling the investigation.
