The York County Coroner's Office was called to the 300 block of Busser Road in Manchester Township for a crash involving one vehicle, according to the release.
One person was confirmed dead.
The victim's identity has not been released as officials work to locate and notify their next of kin.
Additional information is expected to be released once the notification has been made.
