WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. A man who jumped off the top of a parking garage at 66 Hale Ave. on Wednesday, June 13, was identified as Christian Chatman, 21, of Mount Vernon, said Detective Lt. Eric Fisher of the White Plains police.
The death has been ruled a suicide based on the medical examiner's report and the police investigation, Fisher said.
Chatman jumped off the top floor of the 11-story parking garage, opposite One Westchester on Hale Avenue. He was found in a pool of blood and declared dead at the scene, White Plains Public Safety Commissioner David Chong said.
