Fallan Barrett was last seen at her residence on Roser Road in Codorus Township on Monday, Sept. 15, troopers said.
Barrett is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, according to PSP York.
Police are asking anyone with information on Barrett’s whereabouts to contact PSP York Station at 717-428-1011.
