FAIRFIELD, Conn. Are you a Fairfield resident with experience in construction, engineering, architecture or finance? Do you want to help your town make sure its buildings dont fall apart? Then the First Selectmans office is looking for you.
The Board of Selectmen is seeking members for the Town Facilities Commission. The commission is a group of experts with building project experience. It helps building committees and elected bodies make decisions about renovation projects to schools, libraries and other town-owned buildings. The groups members would be responsible for attending monthly meetings at town hall and personal time spent reviewing projects.
