Six magnificent gardens throw open their gates for New Canaan Nature Center's Secret Gardens Tour. Rain or shine, participants should be prepared to walk through these oases, in a self-guided tour. The gorgeous grounds and gardens of the tour's New Canaan homes can be seen this Friday, June 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tour starts at the New Canaan Nature Center's visitor's center. That's where participants pick up their map and set off at their own pace. Advance tickets are $50 and $60 day of the tour. For $75, you can also be sustained by a Fabulous Feasts boxed lunch. For more information or to register by phone, call (203) 966-9577 x50. Proceeds from the tour help support free admission at the Nature Center.
