Excavators hit a gas line at a high-rise parking garage that collapsed twice, Friday and Saturday, raising new concerns over stabilizing the garage and, eventually, getting people back into their homes. Officials said the gas was turned off while the leak was repaired. This comes after a successful rescue effort in which no victims were found.
