Driving south down Black Rock Turnpike, The Daily Easton's David DesRoches and his wife, Susanna, recorded this video. The snow was falling heavily, and traffic crawled by at 5 mph. Be safe out there!
Can anyone explain why so many trucks with plows attached just drive down the road without plowing as they go? Are they not getting paid for that road? Is it a liability issue, in case they damage the road? Post your comments below!
