Shortly after 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, Prince George's County Fire and EMS crews were called to the intersection of Laurel Bowie Road and Old Laurel Bowie Road to investigate a crash that left one driver trapped.
Two men were rescued and rushed to area hospitals, where one later died from his injuries, officials confirmed on Tuesday morning. The second driver was treated for what were described as "serious, but non-life-threatening injuries."
Details about the crash were not immediately released.
The incident remains under investigation.
