At 7:30 p.m., Dover police and the Morris County Prosecutor's Office responded to 338 E. Blackwell St. on a report of a body found in the Rockaway River, authorities said. The deceased was identified as Antonio Omar Hernandez Santos, authorities said.
The cause of death remains pending but is not suspected to be criminal, authorities said. The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
