Michael C. Green, 24, was charged with burglarizing one home on two separate dates, in addition to a neighboring home in the Powell Trailer Park, according to the report.
Green was arraigned before the Dover Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear in the Dover Justice Court on Monday, Jan. 11, officials say.
