DARIEN, Conn. Registration for the 2011-12 Darien YMCA Winter Basketball season is now under way for members and begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, for nonmembers.
The league is for kids in kindergarten through 12th grade. You can register online if you have an account set up, or you can register in person at the YMCA front desk. If you plan to try out for Travel basketball, please register for House basketball first to ensure a spot in the program in case you do not make Travel. If you do not register for House and do not make Travel, you run the risk of being locked out of the program. If you plan to try out for 4th Grade Achievers, please email [email protected] to put your child's name on the tryout list.
