DARIEN, Conn. Schools will be canceled for the third consecutive day on Wednesday due to power outages in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Irene. Schools were originally supposed to start Monday. The ELP Special Education student orientation has been postponed until Thursday at noon at Tokeneke Elementary School and 1:15 p.m. at Hindley Elementary School.
