DARIEN, Conn. Following is the road paving schedule the Department of Public Works will follow for the remainder of the summer:
? Camp Avenue (all): Aug. 8-11.
? Lynn Court (all): Aug. 9-11.
? Echo Drive (all): Aug. 10 & 11.
? Echo Drive North (all): Aug. 10-12.
? Edelweiss Lane (all): Aug. 10-12.
? Alpine Lane (all): Aug. 10-12.
? Noroton Avenue (West Avenue to Middlesex Road): Aug. 11-15.
? Lighthouse Way (all): Aug. 12-16.
? Old Farm Road (Tokeneke Road through school frontage): Aug. 12-17.
? Old Kings Highway North (Sedgwick to Old Kings Highway North): Aug. 15-19.
The roads will be prepared before paving. The dates include milling and paving. Roads will have raised structures during these times, and the DPW asks that drivers avoid these roads if possible and use extra caution. Police officers will direct traffic. Emergency access will be available at all times. Some driveways may be blocked, but the DPW says no driveway will be blocked for more than an hour. The dates are based on favorable weather conditions.
