Laudermilch Road, also known as State Route 743, is closed from East Hersheypark Drive to Bindnagle Road, according to the Derry Township Police Department.
North Lingle Avenue is also closed from Gravel Road to Laudermilch Road.
The crash happened in the area of Laudermilch Road and North Lingle Avenue, police said.
The department's Traffic Safety Unit is investigating with assistance from the Dauphin County Accident Reconstruction Team.
Police had not released details about the number of vehicles involved or any injuries as of 11 p.m.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
