“I think it’s a disgrace,” one visitor to the courthouse in Hackensack said. “There’s a yellow tag on it that says, ‘Taxi.’ I don’t know where they got the thing.
“With all the money they spend on this and that in this county, this is their idea of security?
“Sheriff’s vehicles park in there, officials park in there. And nobody says, ‘For God’s sake, get a sandbag’?
“You expect this in a city, maybe, but not in a county where taxes are so high.”
The man has a point.
