Clarkstown Workers, Residents Help Clear Fallen Tree
CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The mess created when high winds toppled a maple tree on Phillips Hill Road in New City Monday was quickly cleared up by town highway workers with the help of some civilians, Clarkstown police said.
Folks from the Clarkstown Highway Department and several residents work to clear Phillips Hill Road in New City after a maple tree was felled by high winds Monday.
