O'Neal, 31, a Teaneck native who played Kevin Reed on "How to Rock" was one of three people caught on security camera footage entering a home in Malibu on Monday, March 16, TMZ reports. The trio manipulated the cameras to block later footage, TMZ reports.
O'Neal was released from police custody on Tuesday, March 17, due to insufficient evidence or grounds for a complaint to be filed, jail records indicate.
