Chef Central In Paramus Offers Pasta Making Class

PARAMUS, N.J. -- A pasta making class for adults takes place at a cooking school in Paramus on Friday, May 13. Pasta Making I takes place at Chef Central and is an adult hands-on class for ages 18 and over. Participants will learn in an interactive format how to create a wide array of pastas, as well as the fundamentals of preparing handmade pasta at home.

From making the perfect dough to preparing a complementing sauce, this class will include lots of tips and cooking techniques.

A full plate of pasta with sauces will be served at the conclusion of the class.

This month’s menu will include: Semolina Tagliatelle alla Norma (with eggplant and tomato); Whole Wheat Fettuccine with Pesto; and Genovese Egg Pasta Linguini with Prosciutto.

At the conclusion of the class, participants will receive a 10 percent off entire purchase coupon - valid for use up to seven days after the class date.

Participants can bring along a bottle of wine or beer. (Must be 21 and over to consume alcohol.)
