James P. Galvin-Bersig, 34, was charged after being pulled over for failing to keep right of the double yellow line. Further investigation revealed Galvin-Bersig had a blood alcohol content of .17 percent.
He was issued tickets and was ordered to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court Friday, June 12.
