A motor vehicle was broken into on Kristine Lilly Way during the morning of Jan. 24, Wilton police reported. The 2007 Toyota FJ Land Cruiser had its drivers side window smashed out and there was damage to the steering column indicating someone probably tried to start the vehicle, police said. Nothing was missing from the vehicle.

Jeanne Boulet, 23, of Norwalk was charged with DUI after her vehicle crashed into a snowbank on Danbury Road near Cannon Road. Wilton police smelled alcohol on Boulets breath and placed her under arrest. A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Boulet was released on a promise to appear and has a court date on Feb. 4.
