Caleah Perkins, of Scotia, was last seen at around 8 p.m. Saturday, June 14, in the area of Monroe Street in Schenectady, according to police.
Authorities believe the teen may have taken an Uber to an unknown location in Albany, but her exact whereabouts remain a mystery.
Perkins was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, purple leggings, and black Nike sneakers.
