STAMFORD, Conn. Some 200 jobs will be created in Stamford when Charter Communications moves its headquarters from St. Louis to the city, a news release from Gov. Dannel Malloys office said.
The jobs were described as high-level and would expand the states media footprint, the release said.
Charter Communications is a Fortune 500 company and is the fourth largest cable operator in the U.S., according to the companys website.
The governor is holding a press conference Tuesday to discuss the details of Charters relocation.
