A Westport taxi was the scene of a fight early Saturday morning after two groups of people sharing a taxi allegedly got into an argument over who should be dropped off first.
The incident took place in the area of 4 Post Road E., according to police. During the argument, it was reported that Waterbury resident Martin Santulli punched another male passenger in the face, causing a minor nose bleed. The taxi driver flagged down a patrolling officer and Santulli, 23, was charged with third-degree assault. He is due in court on Dec. 7.

? Westport resident Joseph Lucas was arrested at his 18 Evergreen Parkway home last Wednesday morning on a warrant. The warrant stems from two October motor vehicle charges for which Lucas, 43, allegedly failed to appear. He is due in court on Dec. 6.
? Stratford resident Ginelle Powell, 29, was arrested early Sunday morning after getting pulled over. When she was stopped, a computer check revealed that she was wanted for failure to appear by both Derby and Bridgeport police. She is due in court on Dec. 8 for the Derby failure to appear and Dec. 15 for the Bridgeport charge.
