Buyers Reportedly Will Hire Some Ex-A&P Workers
According to the unions that represent employees of the bankrupt A&P, some of the company's buyers are in agreement to employ a quarter of their store's staff from workers that are displaced, according to supermarketnews.com
The A&P on Padanaram Road will reopen in a few months as a ShopRite.
