The Stamford Babe Ruth Baseball program is conducting winter workouts at Stamford High School beginning in January.
Workouts for players ages 12-17 will be held Sundays from 10 to 11:45 a.m. and from noon to 1:45 p.m., from Jan. 16 through March 6. The cost is $150 for players coming out of Little League or players currently registered in the Babe Ruth program. The fee is $200 for players not registered with the league.
Workouts for pitchers and catchers ages 12 to 16 will begin Jan. 23 from 8:30 until 9:45 a.m. The training runs through Feb. 27. Check the Stamford Babe Ruth website for further information and registration forms.
