Ayana Smith, 16, was last seen at her Albany home on Monday, Sept. 1, according to the Albany Police Department.
Additional details – including a clothing description and possible destinations – were not given.
Investigators asked anyone with information in the case to contact the Albany Police Department at 518-438-4000.
