COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- Author Susan Beth Pfeffer will visit Julia L. Butterfield Memorial Library to discuss her book "Life As We Knew It" with students on Monday, Aug. 11, as part of the library's summer reading program.

The program is especially for incoming sixth-graders, but all middle school-age students are welcome.
