ARMONK, N.Y. The parents of a 24-year-old Armonk man reported him missing on Feb. 19. The parents of Jack Feinberg, who have a Bedford Road address, reported that he left the country on a cruise ship for England last August and has not communicated with them since. Jacks father says he suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and may be suffering from an undiagnosed social disorder.
The parents dont suspect any foul play and North Castle police determined that based on the facts presented, a missings persons report is not warranted. They said they would conduct an investigation if any further information regarding suspicious activity with regard to the missing man's whereabouts develops.
In other police blotter news, a driver on Old Orchard Street in North White Plains was placed under arrest after he was stopped and found to have a suspended license on February 17. A DWI violation was also reported.
