SOMERS, N.Y. - On December 19 at approximately 3:45 p.m. New York State Police ,Somers Barracks, arrested and charged Leslie A. Lupinacci, 41, of Somers with Petit Larceny.
Lupinacci allegedly took $423.37 worth of groceries at the Baldwin Place Stop & Shop. As defined in the New York State Penal Code, Petit Larceny involves the theft of property valued at less than $1,000.
Lupinacci was issued an appearance ticket and must appear in Somers Town Court on January 9, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.
