An investigation determined Andrew Luna approached two boys near North Brunswick Library and attempted to kidnap them, Middlesex County Prosecutor Linda Estremera and North Brunswick Police Director Joseph A. Battaglia said.
After the boys fled the area, Luna immediately approached two other boys and engaged in similar conduct, authorities said.
Luna was arrested on Friday, May 29 and charged with four counts of attempted kidnapping and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.
