ALERT: Slim-Fast recall

ALERT: Toss out any canned Slim-Fast products you have immediately. The Englewood Cliffs-based company is recalling them because they may be contaminated with Bacillus cereus, a micro-organism, which may cause diarrhea, nausea, and/or vomiting.

The 11-ounce cans were sold in stores nationwide and includes all flavors, lots ,and UPC codes.

NOTE: The recall applies ONLY to the canned product and NOT powdered shakes, meal bars, or snack bars.
