Peter McGuire, age 29, was last seen leaving his home in Smithtown on foot at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18, Suffolk County Police said in an alert issued on Tuesday, Feb. 1. He was reported missing by a family member on Thursday, Jan. 20.
McGuire is 6-foot-2 and 160 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his neck, arms, side and chest, according to police.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on McGuire’s location to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
