OSSINING, N.Y A safe driving course hosted by the American Association of Retired People will take place Tuesday in the Budarz Theater in the basement of the Ossining Public Library.
Insurance companies sometimes offer discounts for people who have taken safe driving courses. The Oct. 4 course will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants must attend the entire day course in order to receive a certificate of completion.
The fee for the course is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-AARP members. For more information on the course, call the Ossining library at 914-941-2416, ext. 327.
