Missing Man, 25, Found Dead In Fairfax County, Police Say A 25-year-old man missing since May 7 has been found dead, police in Fairfax County said. Om Arvind had last been seen leaving the 7200 block of Centreville Road in Manassas. On Saturday, May 18, county police said he had been found dead, and no foul play was suspected. In a statement shared to social media, Arvind's family said that a funeral service would not be held "in respect of Om's wishes."

An Old Field Middle School official in Greenlawn notified police about the threat Friday afternoon, May 17. The school searched the teen's locker, Suffolk County Police said. She was arrested at the school at approximately 4:30 p.m. and charged with making a threat of mass harm, a Class B misdemeanor.  Her name has not been released due to her status as a minor. She will be arraigned in Suffolk County Family Court at a later date.
