4-Alarm Fire Rips Through Multiple Jersey City Homes

Firefighters spent much of Friday afternoon battling a blaze that tore through several homes in Jersey City.

The four-alarm blaze broke out at 163 Van Horne St., around 4:05 p.m., initial reports say.

The fire was apparently under control approximately an hour later.
