Family and officials have identified the man fatally crushed to death by a loading dock at work as a 38-year-old New Brunswick dad. Orlando Feliciano was killed while working at Fenix Parts Rahway on Thursday, Dec. 28, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
