A second arrest has been made in the murder of a Franklin Township man last December, authorities said.
Daniel Matthews, 44, was arrested on Tuesday, March 12 in Philadelphia and charged with killing Artis Young and then taking his body back to Brooklyn, NY, Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald said.
Andrew Mumby, a 47-year-old New Brunswick resident was arrested last month.
