Manassas City police were called to the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and Phair Way for a semi-truck that had been parked on the property for several weeks, around 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, city police said. Mickel Brown, 31, and Jacqueline Pinnock, 35, of Remington, were taken into custody without incident on Wednesday, Sept. 20, after barricading themselves in a home on the 1700 block of Lafayette Boulevard around 9 a.m., Fredericksburg police said.
