A 31-year-old District man convicted of murdering a teenager in a Northwest DC alley will spend decades in prison for his role in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Brayan Villatoro as he was heading out to a family party. Mussay Rezene was found guilty in January of first-degree murder while armed for a shooting that took place in September 2021. Man Killed By Tractor Trailer Suddenly Ran In Front Of It: Virginia State Police
A 59-year-old man was struck and killed by a tractor trailer in Culpeper County Monday, March 25, Virginia State Police said. Gustavo M. Valdez suddenly ran into the eastbound lanes of Route 3 (Germanna Highway) when he was struck by a tractor trailer just after 4 p.m., according to State Police. The 2019 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driver, 52, of Hopewell, was unable to avoid hitting Valdez, and immediately stopped at the scene, according to police. Valdez died at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.

Virginia State Police are seeking information in a fatal bicycle crash. Matthew M. Settle, 66, of. Strasburg, was killed in the collision involving a 1999 Dodge Ram in Shenandoah County, authorities said. It happened around 3:20 p.m. on the 2200 block on Junction Road Sunday, March 24, police said. The driver of the Dodge, Noah, B.
