Drugs Seized From Suspect Carrying In Socks, Underwear At Virginia Jail, Stafford Sheriff Says
Officers at the Rappahannock Regional Jail made an unexpected discovery after a man was caught bringing drugs into the facility in curious places after his arrest, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. What started as an investigation into a reported disturbance at the Quality Inn on Greenspring Drive in Stafford led to a host of charges for Woodbridge resident Gibril Kondeh, who was caught with several baggies of controlled substances at the jail.
