A 21-year-old Virginia man was arrested in connection with the fatal overdose of a 14-year-old from Prince William County, authorities said. Latae’veion Woods, of Woodbridge, allegedly sold fentanyl-laced pills to the teen who was found dead inside his home on the morning of April 26, Prince William County Police said.
