Officials ID Mother Who Plunged 100 Feet To Her Death In Virginia Cave A 38-year-old woman hiking in a Virginia cave plummeted nearly 100 feet to her death, according to officials. Authorities have identified Fairlawn resident Autumn Nicole Draper - also known as Nikki Koert - as the person who was killed in Giles County over the weekend after falling to her death inside a cave in Staffordsville outside of Pearisburg.
